We guarantee to ship your order within 3 working days of us receiving your order. So, please allow 2 to 7 working days for the delivery, depending on destination/items ordered. We have no minimum order requirement as we do appreciate you approaching us to place an order. So if you want one item or more, we will send them anywhere in the UK. (If enquiring about an order for outside the UK please feel free to contact us).
Please make sure all contact information is correct so we can getin touch with you in the unlikely event of an item being out-of-stock or delay in dispatch.

UK orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge!
We offer free delivery to the UK mainland on all orders over £100.00, as long as the weight of the order is less than 125kg. Orders greater than 125kg in weight will be supplied on pallet as a bulk weight order.
Next Day Delivery
For Next Day Delivery, all orders should place by 11AM. (Next Day Delivery does not include Weekends, Bank holidays and National holidays)
Please note that any changes to an order (for instance, changes of delivery address or changes to items), after the order is placed, will be done totally at the discretion of TSK Trade, and may incur additional charges. TSK Trade will not be answerable for any delays caused by customers providingan incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If an order needs to be re-sent due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the customer will be charged for repeat shipment. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts or you fail to collect it from the local courier depot or you refuse to accept the parcel, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply an additional charge of £10.00 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel. If a customer refuses to pay then we will deduct the amount from the customer’s order.
Extra care is taken from our end to ensure there are no discrepancies in the items we dispatch to you and all the items are appropriately packaged to avoid any damage in transit. However, if you have not received your delivery within ten working days or you receive your order with items that may be missing, damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. No claim will be accepted after this period.
